Installation:
1. First the ROM file from any of the above sources.
2. Move the ROM zip file to the internal storage of your device.
3. Now restart your phone in recovery mode by pressing and holding Volume Down + Power Button at same time, don't leave buttons until you see a Hboot Menu, then click on Recovery to go into recovery mode.
4. In recovery mode, Wipe data/cache/factory reset.
5. Install zip from sdcard > Choose zip from sdcard and find the ROM zip file, click on the ROM zip file and then click Yes to proceed to installation, after follow the screen instructions given.

HTC Desire 816 is the high end smartphone in the series of Desire, it comes with amazing packed hardware and software. Also it was with the latest Android and HTC Sense UI by default. Now it is getting support from developers, infact we haven't seen any numerous ROMs, Themes, Mods etc for this device but we can expect because it is in the line of high end devices and developers will be attracted to make some ROMs, etc for this device.

Here we came with a new ROM called "KingSenseDS". This ROM is fully based on Android 4.4.2  KitKat version and it comes with the HTC Sense UI 5.5, this ROM have some major features like it is Rooted means that you don't need to Root it again, it also comes with Aroma installer which enables users to Install the apps they want, fully backup device, erase data etc. Now just follow the steps to get this ROM on you HTC Desire 816.

HTC Launched many smartphones with great specs but the HTC One was also a flagship but most of people liked it due to its alumunium design and internal hardware. Now every great flagship some how makes its mini version. We have also the Mini version of HTC One which is HTC One Mini. It is same in design with HTC One, but it is powered by 4.3" 720p Display, 16 GB Internal Storage, 1 GB RAM, 4 Megapixel Camera, 1.4 Ghz Dual Core CPU & 4.2.2 Jellybean. But I am amazed that how can we call a 4.3" screen device Mini? It would be great if it had 3" screen along with great hardware and same design. Then we would call it Mini. Any way this smartphone was with 4.2.2 Jellybean by default and now we havent found any KitKat update from Official HTC for this Mini, but here we came with a latest 4.4.2 KitKat version along with HTC Sense 5.5 and it will work in a smooth way because latest KitKat version works on even low range smartphones. Now Get ready to Install Android 4.4.2 KitKat with Sense 5.5 On HTC One Mini.

Before You Begin: (must do)
1. Installing our latest KitKat on HTC One we should first flash a custom recovery named ClockWorkMod recovery on this device, after that we would be able to flash/install a whole new custom ROM, so if you haven't flashed any custom recovery so go to: CWM Recovery On HTC One Mni.

Installation:
1. Now the installation of the ROM is so much easy, Download the above ROM file.
2. Now move the ROM zip file to the internal storage of your device.

Installation:
1. Put the two downloaded zip files in internal storage of your phone.
1. Reboot your phone in recovery mode
1. Wipe Data/Factory Reset (This does not affect your Internal/External storage)
2. Wipe Cache
3. Wipe Dalvik Cache
4. Install zip from sd card > choose zip from sdcard and then Flash rom zip where you puted the rom zip file.
5. Flash JB Google Apps with the same upper method
6. Reboot your system

1. Make sure your device bootloader should be unlocked. 
2. Make sure you have CWM recovery installed.
3. Put your downloaded ROM zip file in internal sdcard of phone
4. Reboot your phone in bootloader Mode

6. wipe data and cache in recovery
7. click Install zip from sd card > Choose zip from sdcard
8. Find that zip file where you putted before.
