Before You Begin: (must do)
1. You should first flash a custom recovery, if you haven't so go to: Flash CWM Recovery On HTC One M8


Downloads:

Installation: method #1
1. Download the above ROM zip file.
2. Move the file to the internal storage of your device.
3. Reboot your phone in Recovery mode by hold and press Volume Down + Power Button at the same time for some time, don't leave the buttons until the phone reboots in a white HBoot menu, then leave all buttons and click on Recovery.
4. In recovery (for navigation use Volume Up/Down and for click use power button), wipe Cache/data/factory reset.
5. Install zip > Choose zip from sdcard and then find the ROM zip file click that file and then click Yes to install it.
6. After installation just Reboot your system and Enjoy new ROM.

OR

Installation: method #2 ROOT ACCESS NEEDED
1. Install this app on you device from here (pro version) or here (playstore link)
2. Move the ROM zip file to the internal storage of your device.
3. Now open the app.
4. In Flash tab click on ZIP file and choose the ROM zip file where you put it before.
5. Wait for Installation and Enjoy new ROM.
