Before You Begin: (must do)
1. How to Root & Flash CWM Recovery On Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini

Downloads:
1. AvatarROM
2. Gapps.zip

Installation:
1. Download the above both zip files.
2. Move the files to the internal storage of your device.
3. Reboot your phone into recovery mode by pressing, Home Button + Power Button + Volume Up Button at the same time for a short time, dont leave buttons until the Recovery Mode opens.
4. In Recovery Mode, (for navigation use volume up/down and click use power button)  wipe data and factory reset.
5. Click Install zip from sdcard > Choose zip from sdcard and click that ROM zip file where you putted it before. then click Yes to install it.
6. Now in the same way install gapps.zip.
7. After installation just Reboot your system Now. Enjoy New ROM.
