Before You Begin: (must do)
1. How To Root & Flash CWM Recovery On Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini

Downloads:
1. CyanogenMod11.zip
2. Gapps.zip (download the 4.4 version)

Installation:
1. Download the above both zip files.
2. Move the files to the internal storage of your device.
3. Reboot your phone into recovery mode by pressing Home Button + Power Button + Volume Up button at the same time for short time, dont leave buttons until the phone boots into recovery mode.
4. In Recovery mode, (for navigation use volume up/down for click use power button), wipe data and cache.
5. Click Install zip from sdcard > Choose zip from sdcard and click that ROM file, and then click YES, to install it.
6. After installation just install the gapps.zip in the same way.
7. After both installation reboot your system. Enjoy New ROM.
