How To Root Sony Xperia Tablet Z2

Recently we flashed a custom Recovery on this high end tablet to enable us Flash some zip package files, Flash ROMs, Wipe device, write permissions and so on. But Only flashing a custom recovery don't give us the permission to have full control on the OS but it just enable to install specific files. 

Now here the Rooting process enables users to have full control on the OS and access those restricted areas in device which are not shown by manufacturer by default. This rooting allows us to write system permissions, enhance performance of device, install rooted apps which needs root access on device and much more. This is easy process to do as compared to flashing custom recovery. Just follow the steps:

Before You Begin: (must do)
1. You should first flash a custom recovery on your tablet, please go here, Flash CWM Recovery On Sony Xperia Tablet Z


Downloads:
1. Update-SuperSU.zip


Rooting:
1. Download the above Updat-SuperSu.zip file.
2. Move the file to the internal storage of your device.
3. Restart your tablet in recovery mode, When the tablet restarts and LED light turns pink/blue/amber/orange so keep pressing/tapping Volume Up button. Your device will boot in recovery mode.
4. In recovery mode Install zip from sdcard > Choose zip from sdcard and find the Update-SuperSu.zip file where you putted it before. Click that file and Proceed to install it.
5. After installation reboot your system. Enjoy Rooting.
