Before You Begin: (must do)
1. Make sure you have flashed a custom CWM Recovery on your Nexus 4.

Downloads:
1. MIUIROM.zip
2. Goapps.zip

Flashing The ROM:
1. Move the both zip files in your internal storage of device.
2. Reboot your phone into recovery mode.
3. Wipe data/cache
4. Install zip from sdcard > Choose zip from sdcard
5. Tap the ROM zip file and then tap yes. 
6. After installation Also flash the gapps.zip in the same method. and ENjoy.
